Before we roll out new concepts, we implement pioneering processes under real conditions in learning cells to test and improve them. The improvement ideas of the employees are directly incorporated into the ongoing change process. This increases the acceptance of the change process – the basis for self-responsibility and self-organization. Dealing with errors is constructive: they are visualized and used as a teaching aid for all other colleagues. Expensive planning instruments are avoided.
