This time Dr. Schönheit + Partner brought together the members of the ITOS platform “Innovation Transfer Operations System” on June 29 – 30, 2011 in Lübeck at Dräger. On the basis of the results of the fifth meeting at Continental – dealing with the development process as a central element of an operations system – this meeting was aimed at formulating the requirements in development from the point view of production in order to increase the value creation in the production.
To this subject selected executive managers from Dräger presented their development areas and answered to relevant questions regarding an operations system. back
