With the relocation to the Cologne BUCH Haus, S + P realized the vision of an own Lead to Lean® Office in which the human being as factor of success takes center stage with all his requirements and needs . The basic idea was to benefit from our own planning principles and experiences that we have realized at our customers’ production plants in the matter of „Lean Management“. We had and we are still having an enormous feedback on the part of our staff. According to statements of our staff, the cooperation and the communication as well as the possibility to take an individual break in the relaxation areas have improved significantly.
