In 1990 our success story began by establishing the first engineering office. The breakthrough came in 1997 with the registration of Dr. Schönheit and Partner GmbH (now Dr. Schönheit + Partner Consulting GmbH). Since then, we have been able to train more than 500 projects worldwide.
In 2002 SP • ARC (today Dr. Schönheit + Partner Engineering GmbH) was founded, which specializes in construction planning. Thereby, our vision of the complete factory from one source could be implemented more consistently.
In 2003 the S+P Academy (today S + P Coaching) was launched. Since then, we were able to train 600 project members in 10 countries in Lean Management methods. We also share our knowledge with students, for example at the Rheinische Fachhochschule – University of Applied Sciences.
