In preparation for the move to the new factory, the change process was accelerated by installing learning centers. Thereby managers and employees gain a better understanding of the system. To ensure the continued success of the B. Braun production systems, managers and selected employees were prepared for their future role by the S+P Academy coaches. They learned how to apply the system, how to improve it, and how to share their knowledge.
