Dr. Schönheit + Partner first developed a structure plan for a new factory, in which care units and operating room lights are produced. In parallel, the maximum efficiency of the proposed investment has been ensured by a Lead to Lean^®-process. For the sustainable optimization of the processes, learning centers were gradually implemented to make sure that the targeted potentials can be realized. Employees are involved in the change process, and ramp up of the new factory is accelerated.
