LEAD TO LEAN® COACH TRAINING

Cologne, August 26, 2020 – In four stages (Bronze to Platinum), you can qualify as a Lean Coach with our Lead to Lean® Coach Training over a period of 3 months per level. We convey the learning content using the blended learning method. We combine the advantages of practice-oriented training and e-learning – to have fun while learning and to ensure quick learning. The training is aimed at everyone who wants to shape their future in production and logistics and promote sustainable change. Entry into the extensive Lead to Lean® Coach training is possible via the Bronze Level with a focus on system and basic methods as well as via the Silver Level with a focus on processes.

The “Lead to Lean® Advanced” qualification (Silver Level) starts in October. The aim of this training is to understand processes and to improve them in a focused manner by analyzing value streams and designing them according to the Lead to Lean® principles. You will learn how to carry out value stream analyses independently and to apply the tools for designing future value streams. The latter include the basics of lean logistics, workplace and line design as well as balancing, in other words the balancing of production processes.

Lead to Lean® focuses on "simplification", not "streamlining". This means that the optimization of value streams and work processes takes the place of pure cost orientation. With our understanding of Lean, the Lead to Lean® Coach can recognize and improve crucial interrelationships between multi-layered processes and thus implement the change process sustainably. For us, people are at the center of all processes – with their ability to learn and improve.

With the S + P Lead to Lean® Coach training you will acquire the competence to apply Lean methods, manage change projects and play a central role in the introduction of a production system in your company.
