Cologne, February 23, 2021 – The Lead to Lean® Advanced (Silver Level) course started on October 28, 2020 with a kick-off event on the central importance of learnshops for the change process. Within three months, participants used blended learning to acquire the skills to understand processes, identify their potential for improvement, and initiate implementation and sustainable change using lean methods. In addition to the high implementation and practical relevance of the training, the participants also appreciated the numerous tips from experienced lean coaches on change management and communication within a company.

„The Lead to Lean® Advanced course was great! Even without prior knowledge in the application of lean methods, all contents were easy to understand," says Stephan Boltz, managing director of bordbar design GmbH. "In particular, the final event with the expert feedbacks clearly showed me the potential that lies in the application of the methods learned. I already notice, immediately after the course, that as a managing director I can now speak much more at eye level with my experienced lean experts in the company."

The participants put their extensive knowledge to the test at the final event on February 2. Based on the methods learned, each participant created a learnshop concept that was presented to a panel of experts from industry, consulting and research. The panel of experts, who took on the role of a board of directors, gave the participants valuable impetus for the implementation of the planned learnshops through their feedback.

"The contributions of the participants in the final event impressively demonstrated their development over the last three months," says Dr. Martin Schönheit, managing partner of S + P. "Practically trained Lead to Lean® coaches have been qualified who are optimally prepared for their role in the change process."

We are very happy about the success of the Lead to Lean® Advanced training and the great commitment of the participants. We wish all graduates a lot of fun and success in their implementation!
