We have been using digital learning methods with great success for years. The blended learning training combines the advantages of E-learning and practical face-to-face trainings. The basics of methods are imparted by means of high-quality Web Based Training (WBT), which can be carried out regardless of time and location. Due to their professional didactic preparation, the WBTs are self-explanatory and offer the ideal scope for all levels. High-quality visualizations and exercises for direct testing of what you have just learned support knowledge transfer and make learning fun. With an online test at the end of each lesson, the previously imparted knowledge is additionally checked.
Live webinars with S + P Lean experts deepen the theoretical knowledge and focus on implementation. Through the presentation and handling of individual exercises and examples, participants can directly apply the knowledge they have gained and anchor it in the long term. Individual and group coaching with the S + P Lean experts clarify additional questions, provide feedback, and promote best practice sharing between the participants. The training is completed as part of a presence unit in our S + P Lean Office or by video conference in front of experienced consultants, industrial managers, and university professors.
